Once again CZWG is delighted with its dedicated feature page in the RIBA London Directory 2024.
“Oaklands Rise is the first major regeneration project within the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) Opportunity Area. Forming the western gateway entrance into the Old Oak Common masterplan, the £175 million mixed-use scheme provides 605 new homes ( 40% affordable and 60% PRS) and active mixed-use commercial at street level, including a nursery, health centre, shared workspace offices, shops, cafes, and a community centre.”
