Arsenal Masterplan

Arsenal Football Club are building a new stadium near their existing one. Rather than leave the surrounding area to piecemeal developments, the Club has extended their remit to a major regeneration plan for a wide area around the stadium. The masterplan includes a metropolitan mix of commercial space, other sport and leisure uses, community health facilities, market and affordable housing. The constituent buildings were designed to a high degree within the plan by CZWG, and have now been carried forward as detailed designs. Arsenal will soon have a great new stadium surrounded by a great new piece of city.
