Peter was born in Falkirk, Scotland and studied at Dundee University, qualifying in 1989. He has previous experience in charge of a wide range of commercial projects including offices, retail, residential and healthcare.
Peter joined CZWG in 1997 as a project architect and was made an Associate in 2002 and a Partner in 2006.
During his time at CZWG Peter worked on a variety of projects including Newman Street, Gondar Gardens, Queensland Road and Embassy Court. Most recently he completed Seacon Wharf, a riverside development with over 500 flats contained within a variety of buildings including a 21 storey tower.
Peter is currently in charge of some major mixed use schemes in Islington and Croydon, two of which are contrasting developments one a major refurbishment with an element of new build located at the old Almeida Royal Mail site where there will on completion be residential, offices and a retail arcade and then another in the heart of Croydon combining a hotel, gym, office, residential and serviced apartments all within a development containing oftwo towers, one at 35 and another at 51 storeys.
Peter enjoys all aspects of his work from the inception and initial design, ensuring that client aspirations are fully explored and delivered, through to the detailed design stage and then to the construction and completion of the project on site.
