Associate
David studied at SouthBank University, where he was awarded a diploma with distinction, and the University Of Westminster, where he obtained his professional qualification in 1998. He joined CZWG in 1999 and was made an associate in 2006.
Prior to working for CZWG, David worked for another London-based practice where he was architect on a number of residential projects as well as working on numerous planning and feasibility projects, including the development of the airport authority’s offices at Chep Lap Kok Airport, Hong Kong and the masterplanning of Butlers Wharf in London.
At CZWG he has been involved with numerous feasibility, planning application and construction projects for residential, commercial and mixed-used developments. He was project architect for Edinburgh Park, a £7m 5000 m2 office building in Edinburgh and Queen Elizabeth Square in Glasgow, a £12m residential development.
Most recently he was the project architect for an office and retail development forming part of the Paradise Street Regeneration in Liverpool City Centre, completed in 2007. He is currently working on large mixed-use schemes in north and east London and luxury apartments inChelsea.
