Planning approval for Ransome’s Wharf

Planning permission was recently granted to Curatus by Wandsworth Council for the development of Ransome’s Dock. Adjacent to the River Thames and close to Battersea Park, the propsal will provide 158 desirable homes above 3350 sq. m of commercial space in the form of cafes, restaurants, shops and small-scale business units.The scheme will create a public square that allows access to the Dock and also completes SW11’s section of the Thames Walkway.
