Planning granted for East India Dock Road

The £150 m development, located within the lowe lea Valley area, between Canary Wharf and Canning Town, will see the rise of 9 new buildings accommodating 796 residential flats, commercial space for retail and restaurants, a double height indoor play hub, a community centre and a resident’s gymnasium. It will attract new residents including families, workers and other guests. 46% of the residential element of the scheme will be affordable.
