Student tower for Arsenal regeneration programme

CZWG have submitted a planning application to London Borough of Islington for a university oriented scheme as part of the wider ‘Arsenal on the Move’ development programme.

The mixed use development consists of two main elements: the transformation of existing railway arches with a new landscaped public realm by muf architercture/art and a new build student residential tower.

The 25 storey tower has commercial uses at ground floor. The student accommodation above is 88 – 5 bed study bedroom apartments and 10 self contained studio rooms. The top floor is a double height common room space with mezzanine and external terrace. Part of the 23^rd floor below has been designed to be separately accessed by the public as a panoramic restaurant/bar. Both will have spectacular views of the Emirates Stadium and a panorama of the London Skyline.
